ManaThreadz Return & Refund Policy

At ManaThreadz, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because we operate in small, sustainable batches, we encourage mindful purchasing and limit returns to reduce waste. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to love your ManaThreadz apparel. Each garment is quality-inspected before shipping, and we provide detailed product descriptions and size charts to help you find your perfect fit.

If you have questions about sizing, color,or fabric before ordering, please contact our team — we’re happy to help!

2. Return Eligibility

As part of our commitment to sustainability and fair production, returns are accepted only in limited cases, such as:

• You received the wrong item, size, or color.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@manathreadz.com] with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and reduce environmental impact, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

4. Refunds & Resolutions

If your return is approved:

• We’ll issue a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).
• Refunds to the original payment method are only processed if a replacement is unavailable or the issue is our error.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

Because we produce in limited quantities, direct exchanges are not always possible.

If you need a different size, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help you reorder the correct item while supplies last.
